GentlePath Completes Beta Program, Validating Demand for Independent Funeral Coordination Services
GentlePath360 today announced the successful completion of its beta program, serving families in the Philadelphia region, including Delaware and South Jersey and South Florida. The program included private testing, focus groups and a soft launch, generating positive feedback from participating families, funeral professionals and partner organizations.
Addressing a Gap in Funeral Care
GentlePath360 was created to help families navigate the complexity of funeral arrangements by providing independent, vendor-neutral coordination and management of funeral providers and related services. Unlike a funeral home or online planning resource, GentlePath360 serves as a dedicated coordination partner, helping families manage communications, scheduling, provider relationships and other arrangements involving funeral homes, cemeteries, transportation providers, florists, clergy and additional service providers.
Supported by trained coordinators and GentlePath Nexus™, its AI-powered coordination technology, the company helps keep arrangements organized and aligned with each family's wishes while allowing families to retain control of their decisions and provider selections.
During its beta program, GentlePath360 also successfully assisted families in the Washington, D.C., region, among other cities, demonstrating the potential to support families beyond its initial service areas.
Preparing Families in Advance
Through ReadyCare, GentlePath360 offers free advance enrollment, allowing individuals to document relevant preferences and coordination information for themselves or a loved one. The confidential enrollment questionnaire is designed to help reduce uncertainty and ease the burden on family members when services are needed. It does not require sensitive personal information and enrollment does not obligate participants to purchase future services.
Looking Ahead
GentlePath360 is operational and serving families, with plans to expand its reach through strategic partnerships, regional coordination teams and additional resources for families. “As we evaluate new markets, our priorities are local demand, strategic partnerships and the operational infrastructure needed to deliver consistent, high-quality service,” said Marc Falcone, Founder of GentlePath360. “Our goal is to help families navigate a difficult time with greater clarity, support and peace of mind.”
